1.12 Dispensed Screen

- After dispensing a Script, you are presented with the Dispensed Screen. This screen lists all of the options available for this prescription, like Edit, Delete, Re-Send, Re-Serialise, Mark-off Owing, Change Patient, Repeat and Check Barcode. Some of these options will be greyed out if they are not applicable for the script just dispensed like, “Mark-off Owing”.

- It also gives all of the Print Options like Label, Repeat Form, PRF Receipt, CMI, PBS Receipt, Reminder, Receipt, Multi-Item Receipt, Invoice, Multi-Item Invoice, Totals label, Copy of Script, Quick label, Address label, Quick Note and Saved Note or Label.

- To select any of these options press the Alt key and it will put an underscore under the letter you can press to get what you need.

- You don’t have to press the Alt button if you already know what the letter option is you want. For example, E is for Edit and D is for Delete.
