- The Corum Clear Dispense Claims module can be found by going to Function, Manage PBS Claims. It is also located to the far right on the Organisers panel of the program.
- In the Corum Clear Dispense Claims, you can see at a glance the status of your claim.
- The first column shows the PBS Status of the script – whether it is Accepted or Rejected from PBS. Then there is the Date the script was dispensed, the Serial Number of the script, the Script Number, Patient Name, Prescriber Number, PBS Code, Brand, Quantity of the Drug Dispensed, Name of the Drug Dispensed, the Dispensed Price and the Rebate amounts.
- You can use the drop-down menu to search for any one of the listed options, these can include Rejected Scripts, Scripts with Warnings or Scripts Not Yet Submitted.
- You can also search for specific scripts by typing in the Serial Number.
- You can hold scripts over to a new claim period, you can delete a prescription or choose any one of the options in Actions. These can include – Flag for Attention, Edit, Re-send to PBS, Re-serialise or Re-print.
- You are also able to clearly see the current value of your claim. This is broken down into Patient Category, with the values for the amount of scripts, the value of those scripts, the number of scripts paid and the value of payment.
- On the far right of the screen are the script details of the script you have highlighted in the list. This will update as you move up or down the list.
- In the Script Details Claim tab, you can see the claiming history of this prescription. Being able to see if it has been moved from one Claim Period to another, the previous Serial Numbers and Patient Categories, makes it very easy to track the life of this script.
