Stock Flags tab

- In the Stock Flags tab, there are some tick boxes. Re-order is ticked when you want the system to include the item in its orders. Most products should be ticked with Re-order. A Goods Label is a label that is stuck to the product and will print automatically when you order deliver an invoice. This is mostly used for Medical lines that don’t have Barcodes. Price on Label refers to whether or not the Goods Label will have a price. Ask Price is used when you have one stock card with multiple price points. Like a group of sunglasses, you don’t want to have stock cards for every single item, but they all have different retail prices. Having Ask Price ticked means that when selling the product, it will stop in the Retail field for you to enter a value. Allow Discount will allow discounts at the tills. Seasonal is when something is only used for a certain time frame, like Easter or Christmas lines. Shelf Label should be ticked on all products. If the Retail Price changes on this product, having Shelf Label ticked ensures that the item is added to the shelf label queue; and Only Order if Negative Stock on Hand (SOH), or Discontinued.

- We then have the Stock on Hand value - this is the quantity of the item in your pharmacy. Last Order date is the date the items were last order delivered. Expected Sales for the Month is the value the system has determined that you need, based on the last three month’s worth of sales. Show Last Sold Date is a button to press and it will then display the last date this item was sold. Sales MTD, or Month to Date, is the quantity you have already sold this month. Stock on Order is the value that is on a Current Order(s) in the Orders module.
