Ordering tab

- In the LOTS Stock Cards Ordering tab, there are options for Inventory settings. In here you can set the Minimum Stock on Hand or Maximum Stock on Hand values.

- There is an Order Category option – when creating orders, should this product be included in Ethical and Dispensary orders, or should it be included in the Over the Counter (or “OTC”) Order type.

- The rest of the values are not editable from this section, they are more for reference. The Preferred Supplier is based on the Supplier in the list that has the blue “P” next to it. The same details can be seen if you double-click to open that supplier.

- The Single Unit Details are mostly used for dispense products. This displays the Items per Unit, as in how many tablets are inside a box. This will also be found in the Pack Size field, which is the greyed out box next to the Product name. Brand is the Manufacturer of the item.
