Labels and Promo tab

- The first part of this tab relates to Drug items. Sometimes you need smaller script labels as products like eye drops are quite small. You can also choose the options of printing the script details in the Safety Net section or for printing an extra label.

- The Labels To Print option is actually for Shelf labels. Sometimes you have multiple facings of a product and want to print more than one label.

- If this drug is a sensitive item, you can select to Hide Product Name on Customer Display.

- Item Image, you can add pictures of the product if required.

- In the Promo tab, it lists if this item is on a specific club.

- You can also add companion items to a product. When a customer buys Cold and Flu tablets, a companion item could be tissues. This will pop-up during a sale or flash during a script. This helps with up-selling.
