Splitting & Editing Orders

Splitting & Editing Orders

- LOTS has a few options to split an order. When you have a Preferred Supplier listed on a stock line, you can right-click on that item and Move to a New Order. When this order is saved a second order is created under the Preferred Supplier’s name.

- Another option is you can move the item to an Existing Order, this will list all of the order numbers for the Preferred Supplier selected, or you can add this item to the Re-order file.

- The last two options are a replication on the above two, but in bulk form for all items with the same Preferred Supplier.

- If you just want to remove the items by the Preferred Supplier you can use Remove Preferred Suppliers, then tick the suppliers you would like to remove from the Order. Once you are happy, click OK and the Order is adjusted. Click OK to save the Order.
