Other Options

- Some of the other options in LOTS POS are :-

- Price Check - where you can search for an item. This will then display the Price of the item, the Quantity in stock, and the Real Cost.

- Returns, where a customer is returning an item. This is processed the same way as a regular sale, but the Quantity will default to a negative amount.

- Agency Payments, often used for the donation counter boxes, for the Cancer Council with the pens and the teddy bears.

- Paid In & Paid Out – this is used for when purchasing Stamps or Milk, kind of like a Petty Cash.

- Print Receipt – where you can have a sale highlighted and print an extra receipt.

- Account Payment – for when a customer is making a payment on their account.

- Stock Transfer – when Transferring Stock to another pharmacy. This has multiple different charge options.

- Script Queuing - when making a list of scripts for the dispensary, at this stage this is only available for LOTS Complete sites.

- And Refresh – this will refresh the list of the sales on the screen.

- Some of the other useful fields are View, with Display Other Day’s Sales, Display Last Month’s Sales by Tender Type, Display Specific Receipts and Sales on Hold.

- Then to Reports, with the End of Day function.

- And lastly Options with Receipts after Sale. There are quite a few options to choose from, these are a per-computer setting.
