End Of Day Options
- In the End of Day you can set Print and Export options, both available selections are the same
- it just depends on what you require. Exported reports will go to the c:\LOTS\Exported Reports folder on the Master computer.
- To set either of these, we go from the End of Day module to the top-left Set Print or Export options.
- As the data is still collected for all of the options, you can change the options at any time and the report will reload with the new settings. As there are quite a few options, I will just touch on a couple.
- Full Sales Listing. This lists every sale done on the system during that End of Day. This can make the report quite large and wouldn’t normally be ticked.
- Summary of Sales is recommended to be ticked, this lists the total customers and turnover values.
- Club and Member Sales only need to be ticked if you report on these values; they are different to Account sales.
- Summary of Receipts and Detail of Receipts offer the same information, but one is a summary of the other. In the Detailed Option is the breakdown of EFTPOS and Credit Cards by card type and then Cash values.
- Profit and Loss should be ticked, this shows you the Gross Profit figures and well as Government Recoveries.
- Staff Sales and Daily Intensive Analysis should be ticked, this gives you a breakdown of each department and staff member. This can help you distinguish where some changes may need to happen.
- Debtor Transaction Report has a Detailed and a Summary option. Having at least the Summary turned on helps identify Account sales. These are a per-computer setting and can be different on each machine.
