LOTS Start Menu Navigation

- The LOTS Start Menu lists all of the main options of LOTS. Dispensary, Sales, Orders, Stockcards, Claims, Debtors, Clubs, Reports and Tools.

- On the right-hand side, it will list if the computer is a Slave or a Master. Some procedures can only be done on the Master computer, so it is important to ensure that you know which computer it is. It will also display the version that your system is running.

- Below this, there are a few things that may display – if you have a Drug Update waiting to be run, this will be displayed in red, if you have any Price Updates waiting to be run, these will be displayed in blue. If you have any Promotion Files waiting to be run, this will be displayed in green.

- The Drug Update will prompt on the first of the month, the Price Files and Promotions will require manual updating.

- There is also an Online Help section. This will take you to our Online Help. Occasionally Corum staff may need to log onto the machine, you can do this in two ways – double-clicking on the Corum icon, or at the top, to Help, and Corum Remote Help.

- In the list of options anything with a green arrow next to it means that there are further options to select from, clicking on these will expand those options.

- Alternatively, you can type into search bar and your options will filter down.
